The Digital Marketing and Design Manager at Allurion is responsible for the set-up and execution of world-class digital marketing campaigns and delivering impeccable design amp; copywriting strategy to drive sales through lead generation. This is a growth marketing role with heavy involvement in sales, revenue, and demand generation. They are expected to be a hands-on digital marketer who knows all the ins and outs of every digital marketing platform. Must have significant experience in Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Outbrain advertisement, organic lead generation, and can implement omnichannel marketing campaigns including but not limited to SEO, social media and email marketing campaigns. Experience in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms is necessary.
The Digital Marketing and Design Manager will shape our visual storytelling by creating engaging and persuasive campaigns that truly engage our audiences and deliver measurable ROI by listening to the needs of our customers and insights we gather by our commercial insight data. Her/His campaigns and design will provide information and answers that our audiences require to build trust.
The role reports to Eli Cohen, Digital Marketing Director and requires close work and collaboration with other marketing team members, customer care teams, local field and national sales teams as well as business Excellence team.
SALES PERFORMANCE:
Has an in-depth understanding of Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Outbrain advertisement, and organic lead generation. Also has knowhow with HubSpot and Salesforce or similar platforms Understandings that the success for this position is measured in hitting specific monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets. In depth understanding of how to analyze placement and research data to translate into campaign improvements to drive improved quality of leads.
Build Relationships and alignment:
Demonstrates effective collaboration and communication skills. Develops partnerships with all different departments and marketing team members, sales and customer care units as well as business excellence. Has a thorough understanding of the digital funnel and Allurion Program and can identify how to convert consumers to leads with right campaigns, messaging and targeting in collaboration with other stakeholders. You are a unique combination of technical, creative and process oriented but can write and think outside the box. You are a strategic thinker, eager to take on responsibility and ownership of marketing metrics and follow up happens in a timely manner.
DEVELOPMENT AND Leadership:
Lead yourself, lead larger marketing team, and lead the consumers to digital leads. Assumes the leadership role for needs analysis, creation and delivery providing overall leadership for these areas for world class digital marketing campaigns and demand generation. Able to operate independently but also give guidance to all other stakeholders on their responsibility for a 360-degree campaign performance and consumer journey. Demonstrates the highest level of personal and professional standards, ethics, and integrity. Leads data collection and data mining for a better decision-making process.
