Vanessa is looking for an INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER LATAM #Paris (40k+35k) (Full-time position)
2 years of sales exp. min. • SAAS B2B • Native Spanish • Fluent English
MISSION : Identify opportunities and penetrate different countries in the LATAM area in order to generate a turnover of 330k the first year
GOALS :
Create your sales pipeline in order to identify C-Level (CMO/CEO) (20% cold calling, 80% leads generated by the marketing and BDR’s team)
Organize 5 meetings and presentations a week with prospects
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting to closing with an average sales cycle of 3 to 6 months
Sign between 3 and 5 deals by month
You are autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and a native Spanish speaker. You have at least 2 years of experience as a Salesperson, you are not afraid to pick up your phone and know how to deal with C-level people. If you exceed your goals, you will have the opportunity to be a Team Leader and create your own team. You have the possibility to work from home 3 days a week. You are part of an international team located in Paris, Italy, Spain, Brazil, and India. Your manager is the Head of International Sales, always positive and ready to help his team!
