Hub Coordinator (part-time)

Job Description
We are ZITICITY - one of the fastest-growing logistics startups in Europe.
We help merchants to compete with Amazon's dominance by providing affordable same-day deliveries. ZITICITY connects e-commerce stores with urban hubs, optimizes routes, and distributes heavy-batched deliveries to on-demand couriers for maximum efficiency.
We are backed by the most notable investors in the region: Nordic Ninja, Superhero Capital, Superangel (with Bolt, Transferwise, and Skype founders as investors), Practica Capital, Startup Wise Guys, and notable angel investors.
We are looking for an ambitious and talented person, who is ready to roll up the sleeves and grow with us x10 in the next 12 months.
What will you do:
- Receive and scan incoming parcels.
- Distribute parcels to efficient routes for couriers using our technology.
- Follow the necessary procedures when processing returned parcels.
- Meet the couriers in the hub, give them the correct stack of parcels
- Fix any possible mismatches (for example courier will scan the parcels and there will be a missing box
- As the number of parcels will grow, you will train and supervise additional team members.
Requirements
You are a good match if you:
- Are interested in startups, technology, and innovations in logistics.
- Always look for ways how to improve the daily routine and make the work more efficient.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and a desire to do the job well.
- You are a university graduate or final year student.
- You are comfortable with the idea to work on a shift-based schedule (includes shifts on evenings and weekends).
- You have very good English.
