A good Digital Marketer, you’ll lead complex business/technical integrations and impact our client’s products through data-driven decisions.
As a great Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for thinking, conceptualizing an end to end execution of growth hacks with the objective of generating higher revenues. You will also specialized in profitably scaling traffic via content and distribution channels.

What you will do:
- Help to oversee Paid Social, Influencers, Affiliates, Paid Search and Display channels, elevating knowledge and skills of each channels’ managers and specialists.
- Deep understanding of each platform’s role (e.g. FB Ads, Snapchat,Tik Tok Ads, AdWords, DV360, Criteo, etc.) in the full ecosystem is a must. Understanding of Facebook/Instagram platforms algorithm’s is especially important.
- Monitor DSPs algorithms (especially FB/IG) and make sure we follow best practices when optimizing for them.
- Obsessively drive creative testing across different platforms, monitoring relevant KPIs and motivating the stakeholders to A/B test multiple assets.
- Constantly look for ways to scale up all channels across all markets.
- Own and manage all the tracking processes for Paid social and organic accross all our channels/brands.
- Create differentiated and effective end-to-end digital channel and content strategies (content, social, influencers, Google, eCommerce).
- Support match market testing and channel testing.
- Track ROI, CPAs and help to develop LTV framework.
- Proactively manage against targets.
- Define and create customer journey maps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social, Paid Search and Display teams.
- eCommerce experience is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of SEM, FB Ads Manager, AdWords and their key algorithm updates.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify.
- Expert Knowledge of attribution models.
- Strong leadership skills, accustomed to working directly with leadership teams and senior business owners.
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level and to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly data driven and analytical with a capability of turning insights into actions that derive results.
- Proven experience leading high performing, highly engaged and collaborative paid channels teams.
