Your Mission as a French Mortgage Adviser
Both a sales wiz and an advice genius, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills on top of a very strong knowledge of the French market.
Part of your role will be partnership orientated, ensuring a good relationship with the banks we already work with and developing them with banks that you recommend could be beneficial to our customers. Lots of our cases come from real estate professionals so you will need to build relationships with them as well to develop your activity.
You will also be the first point of contact of our customers, we will provide you with a high volume of leads. Being part of the Harrison Brook financial services group, you will benefit from our various partnerships. Getting in touch with them individually, you will need to make sure you perfectly understand their needs and are in the position to offer them the best possible rates and products. In a competitive environment, it is crucial that we offer our customers more than what they can get with other companies.
Requirements
- Freelance position (auto-entrepreneur)
- You need to be bilingual French amp; English
- Solid experience working in France with French banks
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- At least 3 years experience working in French banks or niveau 3 IOBSP

Votre rôle en tant que Courtier en Prêt Immobilier Français
A la fois commercial et conseiller, vous devrez être extrêmement organisé, savoir communiquer efficacement et avoir une excellente connaissance du marché français.
Vous devrez développer de bonnes relations avec les banques partenaires avec qui nous travaillons déjà ainsi qu’avec de nouvelles banques que vous recommanderiez pour nos clients. Beaucoup de nos dossiers viennent de la profession immobilière vous devrez donc porter une attention particulière à développer ces relations pour faire fructifier votre activité.
Vous serez également le premier point de contact pour nous clients, nous vous ferons parvenir un important volume de prospects qu’il vous faudra traiter. HB Mortgages faisant parti du groupe financier Harrison Brook, vous beneficierez de nos différents partenariats. Vous devrez contacter chaque prospect pour identifier précisément leurs besoins et trouver la banque offrant la meilleure offre au meilleur taux.
Le marché étant très compétitif il est crucial que nous offrons à nos clients un meilleur service qu’ils ne pourraient avoir chez nos concurrents.
Pre-requis
- Indépendant auto entrepreneur
- Bilingue Français-Anglais
- Capable de travailler en autonomie
- Plus de 3 ans d'expériences en banque Française et/ou IOBSP niveau 3
