Job Description
Directly reporting to our HR Director, you will be a key addition to the HR team in the EMEA area (France, UK and Germany, about 120 people). As the first HRBP for this zone, you will be at the heart of the scaling strategy of CybelAngel.
- Ensure HR processes are run smoothly and guarantee HR compliance, in accordance with local regulations
- Stay up to date with HR market best practices and find innovative ways that guarantee the excellence of the HR function in a scaling environment
- Support managers as a business partner in their team management
- Management of our Office and HR Manager
- Participate in the strengthening of our HR Operations, understanding what matters to our People and ensure our function is high-performing.
- With the help of the Office and HR Manager, ensure the quality of onboarding and offboarding
- Guarantee the quality of HR data in our HRIS (we use Bamboo)
- With the help of the Office and HR Manager, ensure payroll is run smoothly (we use external payroll providers for each country)
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance towards conflict resolution ; conduct investigations
- Support and advice management during underperformance periods or Offboarding
- Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives such a training, team building/social events, employer branding initiatives and other ad hoc projects
Requirements
Skills and qualifications
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a HRBP in a growing environment, tech sector is a plus but not mandatory
- You speak both french and english fluently;
- You want to work in a fast-growing and international environment;
- You have a deep understanding of the challenges a company like ours is facing;
- You are a great communicator (verbally amp; in writing) and an active listener;
- Your goal is to deliver a strong support to the managers;
- You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy;
