Internship Junior Support Specialist (IT Support Services)

Our products are used by over a thousand healthcare institutions globally and provide world leading capabilities for the analysis of genomic, clinical, and imaging data.

As a Junior IT Support Specialist (Internship) you will be part of the Services team in Bidart, France by assisting in the following tasks:

• Internal users support (Helpdesk).
• Jira tickets triage and properly categorization.
• IT equipment stock and inventory.
• Purchasing desktops, laptops, mobile phones, accessories, licenses, and others.
• Finance support invoices, purchase requests, credit card expenses.

This list of tasks is not exhaustive, the trainee could work on other projects as well.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the Apple environment, Office 365.
• Fluent English
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Team player, but also able to work autonomously
