The Creator’s Program team members come from all parts of the world (France, Bulgaria, Russia, Kosovo, England, Spain). This colorful and international squad is made of people with diverse backgrounds, but one common goal: help YouTube’s most influential creators, thrive and succeed on other platforms. The team has grown rapidly over the past few months, and we are still on the look out for people who spend hours on the internet, with a keen interest in social media.
Rôle :
The Creator Program is looking for a YouTube Business Developer. You will be working with a great team which supports the development of the Creator Program on all existing platforms (Snapchat, IGTV, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter). The YouTube Business Developer will be in charge of helping identify and test new creators on YouTube, support training and tooling of all operation teams in the Creator Program by working with our YouTube editing expert, and run reporting, analytics and strategic recommendations.

Your principal assignments will include:
- Coordinate platform expansion within our operations team,
- Work with editing experts to implement skills objectives,
- Pilot a test and learn roadmap on platform opportunities,
- Support training and tooling of Creator Program’s population,
- Develop insights and trends to share with the Creator Program,
- Analyze and bring strategic recommendations,
- Embed operational staff into the transformation,
- Assess new platform opportunities.
Your profile:
- Strong experience (2-4 years) in business development and/or social media platforms,
- Passionate about social media and content creation,
- Highly organized, hard-working with a strong work ethic,
- Strong solving skills, you can formulate hypotheses, analyze information and drawn quick conclusions,
- Solid analytical skills,
- High-level thinker, you are also detail-oriented when executing on projects,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Teamworking and collaboration capabilities,
- French and English mandatory,
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
