The Creator’s Program team members come from all parts of the world (France, Bulgaria, Russia, Kosovo, England, Spain). This colorful and international squad is made of people with diverse backgrounds, but one common goal: help YouTube’s most influential creators, thrive and succeed on other platforms. The team has grown rapidly over the past few months, and we are still on the look out for people who spend hours on the internet, with a keen interest in social media.
Rôle :
The Creator Program is looking for a Tik tok Business Developer. You will be working with a great team which supports the development of the Creator Program on all existing platforms (Snapchat, IGTV, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter). The Tik tok Business Developer will be in charge of helping identify and test new creators on Tik tok. This role will need to support training and tooling of all operation teams in the Creator Program by working with our Tik tok editing expert, run reporting, analytics, strategic recommendations and develop best practices for each creator
Your role will be to build and grow the Tik tok audience of our most influential creators, either already existing or build from scratch with talented individuals. You will have to test-learn-scale on a vast toolbox of Growth Hacking best practices to succeed: SEO, editing excellence, publication excellence, content strategy, paid strategies, ."

Your principal assignments will include:
- Coordinate platform expansion within our operations team,
- Work with editing experts to implement skills objectives,
- Pilot a test and learn roadmap on platform opportunities,
- Support training and tooling of Creator Program’s population,
- Develop insights and trends to share with the Creator Program,
- Analyze and bring strategic recommendations,
- Embed operational staff into the transformation,
- Assess new platform opportunities.
Requirements
Who are we looking for ?
- Passionate about social media and content creation
- Having worked at TikTok in creator audience development is a plus
- Highly organized, hard-working with a strong work ethic,
- Strong solving skills, you can formulate hypotheses, analyze information and drawn quick conclusions,
- Solid analytical skills,
- High-level thinker, you are also detail-oriented when executing on projects,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Teamworking and collaboration capabilities,
- French and English mandatory,
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
