As a Logistics Coordinator at MADE.COM you will be responsible for supporting the Mainland Europe Logistics department in delivering high levels of support from point of shipment arrival at port to successful customer order dispatch.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract supporting a maternity cover, starting early June 2021.
Areas of responsibility will include:
- Supported carrier operations for the following:
- Daily communication with business partners like 3PLs, hauliers
- Creating and managing daily outbound dispatches which are on-time and in full
- Monitoring and recording of NPS data (net promoter score)
- Carried out by carrier
- Monitoring of compliance with loading times
- Associated the key performance indicators (KPI) with the reason for the contact by carrier
- Created and monitored a weekly performance pack
- Participated in weekly meetings by phone with carriers
- Ensured the management and monitoring of outstanding amounts with each carrier
- Submit complaints to carriers for any damaged packages
- Worked in collaboration with Made Customer Service and carriers to solve daily problems
- Monitoring of activity reports for any late delivery order:
- Reported on key performance indicators, including:
- Promise of delivery compliance rate
- Cancellation rate by carriers
- Carrier report by cancellation of delivery
- Quality of deliveries
Requirements
- Excellent Excel skills. Weβre talking Vlookup, IF Statements, Pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels
- Excellent Analytical skills, great at pattern recognition
- Great attention to detail
- A drive to improve processes and data accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work well under pressure
