We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and innovative full time employee to join the team at SeedLegals in London, and work to support the French Tech ecosystem. The role is located in London inside our pan-European Customer Support team (CX) which supports users and delivers services to British, Irish and French startups - with more territories to launch later this year. You will work hand in hand with the French team to develop the business there and deliver awesome customer experience.

You will be joining an incredible team who builds products, supports customers, and works on sales and business development to support our expansion in France.

Main duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Country Manager and CX manager, core responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the end to end CX process from onboarding to closing and beyond;
  • Actively Assisting our users via intercom (chat), email and video calls;
  • Managing an exciting portfolio of startups through CRM, ensuring efficient users prioritisation and excellent communication throughout the CX cycle;
  • Developing and improving our help center to enable our users to manage their SeedLegals account on their own;
  • Collaborating with our amazing team of sales, developers, growth hackers, founders, investors and lawyers to further develop the SeedLegals platform.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you possess a law graduate background. Fluency in both French and English is required and some business knowledge and/or a UK+France diploma is a big plus!

Most importantly, you must be able to demonstrate that you:

  • Are a recent UK and/or French law graduate, and looking for something a little different to a traditional legal career.;
  • Have a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and innovation, and are excited by the opportunity to interact with startup founders every day;
  • Are motivated by the opportunity to deliver an awesome experience to SeedLegals users;
  • Have phenomenal communication skills;
  • Have outstanding time management skills, and the ability to multitask;
  • Knowing how to use CRM and CX tools such as Hubspot, intercom etc. is a plus.
