Ryte Health is a "next-generation" AI-driven medical second opinion and telemedicine company. HQ in Canada and France, Ryte identifies world expert physicians addressing specific diagnoses and/or procedures, and connects them to patients and their physicians via telemedicine in virtually any region of the world. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be in charge of all UX/UI / AI / Infographics for the organisation. We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a passion for simplifying sophisticated problems and driving projects amp; Design toward clarity. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking problem solver, quick study, self starter, and is an excellent communicator. In this role, you will be asked to own big design problems, work extremely collaboratively and cross-functionally and to deliver high quality designs, from wireframes of user flows to high fidelity screens for Telemedicine and eHealth Interface, AI interface, Health Record Interface etc. You will be managing a small international team of Junior and mid level graphic designers (1 to 3 people) as well as assisting other departments in building outstanding infographics and other Design related projects.
From brainstorming through implementation, you will work in collaboration with Exec and directors, engineers, data scientists and other health specialists to build simple and seamless experiences by distilling product requirements and user goals into sketches, wireframes and experimental prototypes.
The ideal candidate will help shepherd ideas from conception to release, advocating for clean and understandable solutions along the whole journey.
