We are Hiring for Social Media Manager

A good Social Media Manager is someone who knows their customer needs, wishes and dreams. She/He should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve providing value in different aspects of their consumer journey.

As a great Social Media Manager, you are eager to drive impact from an educational, conversion and brand awareness amp; personality standpoint. You will work cross-functionally, working with the content team to generate sustainable growth. A mix of performance-based and lifecycle marketing will be developed in this role.

What you will do:

• Being the voice and personality of the brand to educate our audience about the product.
• Build a following on social media.
• Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
• Writing, editing and proofreading content (Paid Ads + Social Content).
• Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
• Formulating a cross-platform social content strategy.
• Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
• Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
• Building brand awareness by running different top funnel growth/acquisition strategies.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
• Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
• Coaching employees company-wide on social content creation best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in owning and scaling social channels in a high growth environment.
• Seasoned experience in content research, content creation addressing customer journey throughout their journey.
• Experience with online community building.
• Data-driven and highly analytical.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with social media analytics.
• Proficient in English (native/bilingual) and German.
