A good Social Media Manager is someone who knows their customer needs, wishes and dreams. She/He should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve providing value in different aspects of their consumer journey.
As a great Social Media Manager, you are eager to drive impact from an educational, conversion and brand awareness amp; personality standpoint. You will work cross-functionally, working with the content team to generate sustainable growth. A mix of performance-based and lifecycle marketing will be developed in this role.
