Job description
Dive into one of the most critical processes of our operations in the fastest-growing tech company in the Social Media landscape.
We are currently implementing a marketplace to scale our operations and we need an operational excellence manager to help the marketplace manager on a daily basis and participate in large-scale projects in an international environment (US and Europe).
This mission requires implementing, staffing and managing the support operations of the marketplace.
Main missions
- Owner of the support system
- Design, organize, monitor and maintain a top notch support department (FAQ, ticketing, personna, etc..)
- Identify issues and help implementing scalable solutions to fix them
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience
- Passionate about people
- A significant similar experience in a fast-paced environment
- As already managed a Care or a support team and its tools
- Autonomous, highly organized, hard-working with a strong work ethic
- Natural ability to get things done. You qualify as a doer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
