Ryte Health is a "next-generation" AI-driven medical second opinion and telemedicine company. HQ in Canada and France, Ryte identifies world expert physicians addressing specific diagnoses and/or procedures, and connects them to patients and their physicians via telemedicine in virtually any region of the world. Ryte has an international development team and will operate in the Middle East, Asia, South America, and ultimately the EU and North America.

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to help us develop and implement our business intelligence strategy and solutions for our Healthcare DataLakes, Dynamics 365 ERP and other Enterprise grade systems. Your responsibilities include analysing our HealthCare DataLakes and SQL database, develop BI strategy using Power BI and Implement BI solutions for multiple departments. Candidates must have a solid background experience with analytics tools especially Microsoft Power BI, helped other organizations turn data into knowledge using predictive and analytics solutions. With excellent analytics skills, and excellent communicator in English, you have multiple years’ experience in a similar role ideally in the HealthCare industry.

• Evaluate existing data-collecting and analytics systems
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Establish procedures for data sharing with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure we use accurate and secure methods to extract data
• Use data visualization techniques to present information
• Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI)
• Create tools to store data
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
• Develop and update technical documentation
• Act as a mentor in the organization to improve usage of the BI platforms

Requirements

• 4 years + experience as a BI Consultant, Data Scientist or similar role
• Familiarity with the HealthCare Industry is a plus

• Experience with MS Synapse, Data Lakes, SQL Server and Power BI solutions.

• Experience using business intelligence tools (like Tableau and Microsoft BI Power) and data processing frameworks

• Strong skills in statistics and reporting

• Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining

• In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework

• Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
