Intellectual Property Manager (Creator Program) / M/F (CDI)

Jellysmack is opening up a new Intellectual Property Manager role within the Operations department. This role is a unique opportunity to:

• manage a team of 30+ people
• protect our creators' pages and content, managing key brand safety and intellectual property risks, and support their growth
• advise on audiovisual production

Your principal assignements will include:

• Run and support daily IP / Brand Safety processes within production operations and manage key risks on pages
• Manage IP specialists team: troubleshooting, staffing on different missions, career development, bonuses setup, etc.
• Participate in improving the operations workflow and implement new features
• Build and maintain best practices, and conduct training sessions to spread them among all stakeholders within the operations team
• Identify IP specialists needs for each operational squad in an agile mode (e.g., anticipate brand safety risk on new creators, write onboarding guidelines, etc.), anticipate future needs, and recruit additional resources to maintain volume and quality
• Support team organization and operating model evolution as we scale-up

Key skills

• Fluent in English
• Legal background (law master degree) required
• Experience in managing a mid-sized team required
• Experience in Operations Management is a plus
