All you have to do is set a monthly budget, define a product catalog so that the employees can independently choose all the monthly subscriptions he needs to work from home in the best conditions.

As an eFounders startup, we work together with their operational team to make sure we build a fantastic product. We're housed in their studio, so we interact on a daily basis with the other startups to bounce ideas, and lunches!

MissionProduct Owners / Product Managers (PO/PM) strive to make Fleex the best Remote manager tool. They are responsible for their squad’s impact, they work with our dev and design team to continuously improve and transform our product. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who would evolve as a Head of Product.

Focus- Gather requirements and ensure every voice is heard : organize our users’ feedbacks and talk with our Ops and Sales team to enrich our backlog with their knowledge and needs.
- Define a roadmap and prove its performance : establish a clear and impactful quarterly roadmap for its squad and prove its impact on the objective.
- Follow up solutions from conception to delivery : from insights to user stories to releases, specify and test your features and ensure they are launched properly
- Ensure a smooth sprint execution : coordinate with the squad’s designer, scrum master, and dev team to ensure our delivery is smooth and our backlog is always tidy.
- Create a test/learn mindset: you test three iterations before you build one, track the features’ metrics and iterate on those. Infuse Agile culture and customer-centricity.

Requirements
- 4 years minimum (excluding internships) of successful experience as a PO/ PM, working in SaaS companies
- Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to exchange with colleagues and clients of all hierarchical and technical levels
- Agile mindset - test amp; learn
- Data-driven and organized, focus on outcomes - not on outputs
- Native equivalent level in French, fluent in English (we work in English)
- Bonus : worked in B2C companies, applied the AARRR metrics
