Vanessa is looking for a HEAD OF SALES START-UP B2B #Paris (60-90k) (Full time position)
5 years of sales exp. min. • fluent English • 1 year of management min. (7 to 10 people)
MISSION : Manage a team of 15 BDR’s (Business development representative's) spread in 6 countries (France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, India and Mexico) and ensure the team’s growth to reach 20/25 people by the end of 2021 and 45 in 2022, with 2 new markets openings per year.
GOALS :
Setting up the BDR team processes from scratch to identify the best practices and give the same level of information to every country (6 countries and 2 new countries openings per year)
Recruit, trained and managed 5 to 10 BDR on 2021 and 20 BDR on 2022
Helping the BDR team to reach their targets (5 qualified leads per week per BDR) on a key account target (mainly Marketing departments) which will then be converted by the sales managers
Analyse team performance, forecasting and reporting to ensure the growth of your pipeline
You are autonomous, dynamic and proactive. You have 5 years of experience as Sales in a fast growing start-up (ideally SAAS B2B) and at least 1 year managing a team of 7 to 10 people.You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to show empathy to help your team to reach their targets. Data-driven, you take decisions based on the KPIs that you have defined upstream. You have the possibility to be in home-office 3 days by week. Your manager is the Chief Sales officer, always fully behind his team in order to help them develop their skills and responsibilities. Loyal, dynamic with a good mix of support and autonomy !
