We are looking for our future Happiness Manager to work closely with our Culture amp; Internal Communication Manager on his daily tasks at Jellysmack.

What you will be doing:

• You will be responsible for the overall happiness of the Jellysmackers : create, manage and embody the Happiness strategy. This includes organizing team events (workshops meetup, tips) and encouraging cross-team work.
• Foster a great and fruitful community spirit
• Keeping up with office supply inventory, ordering everyday purchases and furniture. Make the office a nice and happy environment and make sure everything is welcoming.
• Being the point of contact for all the Jellysmackers

Profil:

• You have a previous experience in Happiness management
• You are a people person. You enjoy interacting with others, you're a good listener and are keen to receive feedback.
• You are organized, structured and autonomous
• You have positive energy and you are very dynamic
• You have a natural ability to get things done
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and presentation skills
• You have a good English (other languages is a plus)
