Mila is a company at the intersection of healthcare, music and education which develops digital therapeutics for neurodevelopmental disorders.
While waiting lists for Specific Learning Disorders therapy are reaching 6 to 18 months, there is a crucial need for innovation in care to improve patient early care and therapeutic continuity. We developed Mila-Learn, a downloadable software as medical device application built upon the rich neuroscience literature of recent years dedicated to the implications of auditory and rhythmic stimulations on the strengthening of connections between distant brain areas.
Mila-Learn intends to provide an early treatment for children with Specific Learning Disorders and to increase therapeutic continuity through a software that can be used autonomously at home as an adjunct to clinician supervised treatment (speech therapy and psychomotricity). Thanks to our partners (Warner Music Group, Disney and Sony.), we've reshaped therapy into a rich, non-medicated and non-stigmatizing experience for the child.
Resulting from interdisciplinary research, Mila was founded at École Polytechnique in 2018 and has developed in France and in the US. We support over 6000 young patients through our partners such as the French Federation of Specific Learning Disorders.

We are looking for a Medical Director to join the team in order to define and implement Mila's clinical research and investigational affairs.
Expected responsabilities :
The area covered is the United States and France, with attentive vigilance to European regulatory evolutions.
About you
Existing knowledge in speech therapy, neuropsychology or specific learning disabilities would be a great additional asset. Consulting or part-time contracts will be considered.
