Mirakl is looking for a Customer Marketing amp; Community Apprentice , reporting to the Customer Marketing amp; Community Manager in EMEA, to oversee activities. This role will support the management of community events amp; engagement and marketing to customers programs.
Customer Marketing amp; Community is a new team, focused on driving global awareness of the Mirakl brand and growing customer base (new logos, GMV growth, upsells, and renewals) with great stories told by strong customer advocates.
The team achieves this through a mutually beneficial exchange between Mirakl and its customers - who we call Platform Pioneers in recognition of their industry leadership. Customer Marketing amp; Community goes beyond traditional Customer Marketing by providing more opportunities for personal brand visibility, peer connections amp; learning, and business insights to Platform Pioneers throughout their platform journey. While delivering value to Mirakl Platform Pioneers, this team will develop deeper Platform Pioneer knowledge and relationships to identify new opportunities to tell Pioneer stories across channels and in the field. Through this approach, Mirakl will ensure that customers remain the North Star at the center of all its marketing activities.
