Business Analyst (Finance Experience)

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst with Finance Experience fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Paris, France. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks:
- Analysis of Business requirements;
- Business model analysis;
- Business process analysis;
- Assistance in Vision documents;
- Business processes modelling;
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
- Risk analysis.
Requirements
- University degree with minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience;
- Professional experience in banking or insurance sector;
- Solid experience working with data analysis;
- Strong experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model);
- Very good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
- Experience working with Big Data;
- Good knowledge of information systems matters;
- Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis;
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences;
- Strong capacity to give high level presentations;
- Ability to apply high quality standards;
- Ability to participate in high-level technical meetings, excellent communicator;
- Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment;
- Excellent command of English language.
