Your missions

You will work closely with the Senior Legal Director and EMEA Senior Legal Counsel to:

  • Draft and review all types of agreements (CyberSecurity- IT/Tech/SaaS agreements, service agreements, data protection agreements, etc) in English and French
  • Provide legal and compliance support to all our teams
  • Support especially sales team and our growth
  • Update the existing legal documentation
  • Monitor existing laws and regulations to ensure compliance with French and foreign laws
  • Draft a regular Legal Newsletter


This internship has been tailored for you if

  • You are graduated with a M2 in IP, Telecommunications or New Technologies law,
  • You have the CRFPA and are looking for a PPI (not mandatory),
  • You have a prior experience in a law firm or in a scale-up’s legal department
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and French,
  • You feel comfortable in a challenging and multicultural environment,
