We are Hiring for E-Commerce Manager
If it was up to us, we would definitely add another avengers’ character to the movie amp; that character would be nobody else but an E-Commerce Manager. Not only do they have a superpower to develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for companies and organizations, but also they need to stay current with the online marketing environment and adapt their strategy to best serve the interests of their organization and to keep pace with the competition in their field.
E-Commerce Managers are the primary responsible for overseeing and managing the ecommerce department of a company with a significant online presence.
Our E-Commerce Managers love to be extremely organized, technically oriented, good communicators, team players, have great work ethic and result oriented. To be honest, love is not enough of a word to describe their feelings towards setting the whole remote office amp; making everyone feel like they are so close to each other.

Requirements
What you will do:
- Overseeing Design and Developments of Website;
- Monitor web analytics and internal data sources;
- Design and Execute Roadmaps;
- Incorporate Best Practices;
- Budget Effectively;
- Supervise all activities and product development;
- Work closely with web development and technical teams;
- Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers;
- Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans;
- Team Management and Progress Monitoring;
- Quality Control and Assurance;
- Developing Schedules and Timescales;
What we expect from you:
- Be very organized (it needs to be second nature to you);
- Has keen attention to detail
- Able to combine broad technical /analytical skills with good business understanding;
- Have solid experience in marketing and/or e-commerce;
- Be an excellent communicator;
- Take ownership of projects amp; use common sense to make the right decisions;
- Be reliable amp; trustworthy;
- Like to work with others amp; please others;
- Fluent in English (French is a bonus);
- Shopify Know How
- Be an expert at Microsoft Excel;
- Be proficient with Asana;
- Be proficient in Google Drive;
- Be proficient in Slack.
