Fleex aims to revolutionize the Future of Work. We want to build the best work experience for all employees, regardless of where they work.

We are developing a platform that allows us to supply, finance and manage all the equipment the remote teams need to do great work at home. All you have to do is set a monthly budget and define a product catalog. Employees can independently choose all the monthly subscriptions he needs to work from home in the best conditions.

Our team is currently divided between Paris and Lille. At the end of a significant seed fundraising and in a context of very strong business growth, we wish to involve new people in this great entrepreneurial adventure!


Mission

You will work with the Operation team and help William (co-founder amp; COO) , Ursula (Operations Manager), Chloé (Operation Support), in their day-to-day missions. The position fits as a 6 month internship as well.

The Operation team is very dynamic and essential to the smooth running of the company. The team manages all activities related to the final user : The remote worker. Shipment, delivery, satisfaction survey, support and all necessary actions to improve his happiness !

So if you are looking for an internship with strong responsibilities to learn alongside an active team. You are in the right place !

Focus

  • Being the main contact for remote workers, you will be the magician solving every questions they might have and they will like your for this, the same way they love the rest of the Operation team !
  • Build strong relationship with our 3PL (third part logistic). You will daily work on delivery and logistic environment and you will help the Operation manager to smooth all process
  • As you are mainly interested in remote workers feed back, you will work with the COO on creating remote workers survey. Your target is clear : know what they like, dislike and expect
  • Function as the voice of the remote workers, and provide internal feedback on how Fleex can better serve them
  • Hand in hand with our Sales team, you will successfully onboard new remote workers
  • Share with the whole team (sales, tech.) all the first hand information you have collected that could help to improve significantly the product and our offer

Requirements

  • You already have 1 internship or 6 month professional experience with consumer contact, you know how to talk to someone needing support and advice OR you are looking for an awesome end-of-studies 6 month internship !
  • Motivated and autonomous you want to share opinions and questions to take part in the whole team improvement
  • You have excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to exchange with colleagues and clients of all hierarchical and technical levels
  • You are confortable with tools (Excel, Google Sheet, Notion)
  • Data-driven and organized, focus on outcomes - not on outputs
  • Native equivalent level in French, fluent in English (you may have to work in English)
