As an eFounders startup, we work together with their operational team to make sure we build a fantastic product. We're housed in their studio, so we interact on a daily basis with the other startups to bounce ideas, and lunches!
We are currently developing a platform to supply, manage and assist remote teams' furniture needs - ensuring that they work in perfect conditions. All you have to do is set a monthly budget and define a product catalog. Employees can pick and choose on their own what they will need to work from home.
Our team is currently divided between Paris, Lille, Nantes and Aix en Provence. At the end of a significant seed fundraising and in a context of very strong business growth, our main objective is to keep on welcoming new people in this great entrepreneurial adventure!
About the role
Reporting directly to the William and Noémie, the two founders and in daily collaboration with the Product team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Fleex tech strategy.
We are looking for a highly skilled CTO with a strong tech background. You are a business partner at heart, a technical leader and support the overall decision making process.
We want to develop a fully automated SaaS platform that manage all the needs of your employees and assists them in providing them with an unique remote working experiences.
Mission
- Challenge the existing technical strategy and set up objectives to support Fleex in their growth
- Work hand-in-hand with the Founders and Product Manager to share the product strategy, measure the effort of the various features, anticipate and evaluate the structuring technical choices
- Ensure the quality of the architecture, code and test / security coverage
- Join a motivated and united team of 10 people (including 3 devs) in a stimulating, dynamic and above all friendly atmosphere where the remote is part of our DNA
- Structure the organization, processes and team tools, to provide fluidity, efficiency and quality.
- Lead the technical team on a daily basis, in collaboration with the Lead Dev
- Coach and manage the members of the tech team, to allow them to grow and give their full potential
- Lead the recruitment process : from roadmap to closing.

- Frontend: React, SASS, Apollo Client / InMemory-Cache
- Backend: NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Sequelize, GraphQL (Apollo Server)
- Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, Traefik, GitHub Actions, Fluxcd, Prometheus/Grafana
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in a technological role and in an Agile/scrum environment, with significant managerial experience
- Master degree in engineering/computer science school or equivalent experience
- Experience in working in high-growth / startup environments - Ideally, you have already experienced a scale-up on a B2B SaaS product
- Hard skills: we are looking for a hands-on CTO can contribute on the early development
- Soft skills: organization, analytical skills, adaptation, curiosity, rigor in delivery times, team spirit and proactivity.
- Strong knowledge in Backend and scaling software in cloud
- Appropriate the current Tech Stack
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication (both in English and in French)
