Customer Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive engagement with stakeholders in our prospect and customer base. With our marketing, sales, and customer success teams, you will support marketing stakeholders, including engagement campaigns, sales support, community management, and channels/verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an exemplary content producer in writing, audio, video, and artwork, consistent with Speexx's tone and mission.
  • Create customer-specific multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement and visibility during the sales process and with current customers
  • Create free resources each month to engage prospects and customers, driving account engagement (examples include eBooks, video content, audio resources, slide decks, customer success stories, whitepapers, infographics, product news, guides, etc.).
  • Blog on an ongoing basis to support your other projects and engage our stakeholders through social and our email subscribers.
  • Manage email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in our digital marketing email sends.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets both key stakeholders and your audience's needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges to build a more effective editorial calendar.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in.
  • This role is at the junction between marketing, sales and customer success teams, and others will rely on your work every day.

Requirements

  • MA/MS degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Past experience producing B2B content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge: blog, SlideShare, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience with writing, web video, audio, corporate slide deck creation.
  • Experience building audiences either online or offline.
  • A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative, and an excellent digital content producer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written command in French, English is a mandatory asset.
