The Senior Client Manager have the responsibility for a portfolio of Jellyfish clients to which we deliver missions across a range of agency disciplines. He/she is the primary agency contact and contribute to the growth of the organization by setting best in class boutique agency standards and ensuring Client satisfaction, retention, plus service expansion across his/her Client portfolio. He/She facilitate internal coordination of cross-channel activity to drive revenue growth for both the agency and the client.
As a Senior Client Manager you will be responsible for the leadership on one or more client accounts to which we deliver missions acrooss a range of agency disciplines primarily Conversion Rate Optimisation and Analytics. You will collaborate with others to create exceptional client relationships as demonstrated in NPS scores and client retention and Client budget growth. You will be seen by a client as the lead voice on an account, acting as a trusted advisor.
You will provide direction to the client team through a strategic brief and will be able to articulate how JF products and solutions can support a client KPI's, identifying opportunities to enhance the Jellyfish client offering.
You will adhere to client management best practices and achieving internal KPIs to drive the strongest client partnerships. You will be responsible for setting and managing KPIs that positively impact towards the clients business goals.
As a lead, you will manage to client commercial targets, contributing to the commercial success of clients in your hub as evidenced by year on year growth for your portfolio, collaborating with your Hub Lead as appropriate.
