We are looking for a Rider Engagement Associate to help us provide the best possible experience to all riders within our company and build high-performing teams. You will work closely together with our warehouse location managers to execute and improve our global rider program locally. You will address all operational issues and ensure rider development and happiness. To be successful in this role you will need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and be a great communicator, people person, strategist and planner. Ultimately, you will help build and provide the best rider experience and employee lifecycle.


Responsibilities:

  • Localise and apply the global rider program to build a happy team of riders
  • Translate the rider program into actionable local plans with objectives and measures
  • Monitor and proactively respond to riders attitudes, opinions and possible pain points
  • Actively review and come up with great solutions on how to better engage and support all local riders
  • Plan, schedule and organise regular high-impact campaigns and trainings, allowing us to engage with as many riders across as possible
  • Work closely together with the warehouse location managers and supervisors to align on programs, action points and trainings
  • Work with the Head of Last Mile and the HQ Last Mile team to optimise the local rider program strategy
  • Build and own the local Riders’ partnerships network

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in employee engagement or a similar role
  • Proven people management experience, ideally in high growth start up environment
  • Adapt to analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and great ability to build relationships and trust
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficiency with google docs/ MS office (excel, docs etc.) is essential
  • Excellent French speaking and writing proficiency is required
