Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratize the data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for an HR Coordinator Intern for 6 months to join the HR team based in Bidart (Pyrénées-Atlantiques).
He/she will be focused on France/Belgium on one side and EMEA/APAC territories on the other side. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Coordinators and the HRBP’s of these regions to support the delivery of HR projects. The position will report into the Human Resources Director (HRD).
Missions:
1. Analyze and aggregate the development needs.
- Collect the development needs of the employees in France/Belgium, EMEA/APAC.
- Support the HR team in defining people development related actions: e.g. trainings, e-learnings.
- Set-up a standard people development amp; training dashboard, to allow a follow-up of the different action plans, and development needs.
2. Support the set-up of the annual training amp; development plan.
- Work closely with the HR Coordinator to:
- Set-up and develop a training plan for France/Belgium, EMEA and APAC employees.
- Define whether trainings will be done externally or internally (E-Learning tool - Litmos, Internal programs ect);
3. Deploy the training plan.
- In collaboration with the HR Team, develop the different trainings over these territories (find organisms, study the eventual financial support that can be provided in the different countries, budget validation, deployment of the trainings etc)
- Participate to the deployment of the Mid-Year reviews, Talent review and Individual Development plans 2021;
- Participate to the development of an internship program in France/Belgium, EMEA and APAC. Develop school’s relationships promoting Sophia Genetics employer brand, work on an internal internship process (Manager role best practice, integration of the trainees, follow-up etc) ;
- Participate to any other HR project.
