As a part of Jellyfish, and within the french creative and experience team, you join a young and dynamic organization in which you will manage content production for a major French telecommunications brand, have a proactive support role with your team and client in the development of multi-channel content strategies.
As a Content Manager, you'll need to:
Content Strategy
- Understand and know how to apply content strategies (positioning, editorial line, tone of voice, ecosystem, formats, performance indicators, etc.) and understand the objectives of media belonging to a corporate client in order to meet its expectations, as well as those of Internet users (external) and employees (internal)
Editorial project management
- Manage content projects (article, video, infographics, etc.) and dedicated content production teams with various internal experts as required
- Monitor for new relevant topics
- Participate in the preparation (or even conduct) of the various governance bodies established with clients on the account (preparation, holding of meetings, reporting)
- Advising clients on all matters relating to the production of content on current accounts
- Designing the editorial planning and preparing, leading and following up editorial committees
- Ensure that the editorial line and the content produced are appropriate (volume, compliance with deadlines, quality of deliverables)
- Oversee the uploading of content / Proofreading and compliance with deadlines and client brief
- Monitor audiences and analyse the performance of content on current accounts
- If necessary, be able to participate in the design of any type of "container" (website, application, newsletter.) by expressing the needs of the editorial team
- If necessary, produce pilot content, conducting and writing interviews yourself
- Design synopses
- Know the rules of copyright and author's rights
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in digital publishing or agency
- Experiences in content marketing : ensuring creative tone/voice support the brand voice
- Strong understanding of corporate communication
- Proven ability copywriting, writing and editing brand copy in the digital space
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines despite competing demands
- Good experiences in using analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Open, honest and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback (both from internal and external stakeholders)
- Good communication skills (internal and external / front client)
- Native in French
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor degree or higher
