The opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Be a trusted partner, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR;
- Be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions;
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs to enhance employee retention and engagement.
- Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to make sure we attract the best people
Required Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience in a fast paced environment. Experience in a Software company would be a plus.
- Full understanding of all HR disciplines and best practices, including leadership development, talent acquisition, compensation practices, performance plans and employee relations
- Analytical and goal oriented, ability to multi-task
- Smart and flexible
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in both French and English mandatory
- Master’s degree in Human Resources
