To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for an experienced and talented Director to join our Business Consulting team in Paris and manage our large accounts. The Client Success team provides strategic business support to our clients that are influential multinational retailers such as Carrefour, Best Buy, Galeries Lafayette, Auchan, Conforama, El Corte Ingles, BUT and Douglas.

The Business Consulting team helps our clients at every stage of the marketplace journey, from the project/implementation phase until the client is live, and up and running.

Their main objectives are to share marketplace best-practices, ensure the best adoption of the model, advice on the strategy to adopt, help on building marketplace processes, tools and set up action plans to grow their Marketplace GMV once live.

The Director Business Consulting will play a critical role among the team by managing a portfolio of Mirakl’s large accounts. His/her main missions will be to:

• Define the main KPIs and set up the right approach and processes to address this segment effectively.
• Manage a team of Senior Business Consultants, help them build customized action plans to maximize their potential and support them on challenging projects and clients
• Build strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders at our clients and be identified as a key strategic advisor
• Be a doer

He/She will display great leadership skills, possess an entrepreneur spirit and aim at contributing significantly to Mirakl’s growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance

Has 10+ years of experience in E-commerce (ideally in a Marketplace) and/or Management Consulting

Has a prior experience in managing large teams

Has strong communication and presentation skills

Is a highly business-driven individual with strong analytical thinking who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments

Speaks French and English fluently any additional language will be a great asset in a context of international expansion!
