We are looking for a Planning amp; Performance Associate to ensure our rider and warehouse staff planning is matching the expected demand and build a high performing team by implementing and executing the continuous training program. To be successful in this role you will need to be ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and at the same time be a great communicator, people person, strategist and planner. Ultimately, you will be in charge of overall rider workforce management, setting up and executing training and performance improvement initiatives as well as precise scheduling to optimize utility rates and rider happiness at all times.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning, performance and training lifecycle of all riders and hub staff
  • Localise the global performance and training strategy, and translate into actionable plans with objectives and measures
  • Adapt monthly, weekly, daily, and hourly forecasts of required staffing based on historical trends, special events, and business growth objectives
  • Build schedules to ensure all shifts for riders and hubs are matching the anticipated demand
  • Localise and execute processes to ensure increased staffing to manage sudden peak demand
  • Work with the Recruitment Associate to ensure our rider amp; warehouse staff funnel is matching longer term growth objectives
  • Set up and manage the execution of trainings of our rider amp; warehouse staff
  • Evaluate staff performance and determine individual training needs and execute
  • Work closely with the global Planning amp; Performance manager to implement best practices


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high pace environment such as consulting, retail, scale-up, or banking
  • Adapt to analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proven people management experience
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficiency with excel/office/google docs is essential
  • Comfortable in a highly ambiguous and hyper growth environment, able to take responsibility from day one
