About the role:Ogury’s publisher group is looking for a Success Manager to service Ogury’s Publishing gaming and pros partnerships. The role requires the technical capacity to understand and articulate Ogury’s product advantages in the marketplace. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the top gaming publishers and make an impact in a growing team!What you will be doing - You will carefully measure and analyze the evolution of our Publishers' performance on a day to day basis and provide recommendations so as to build long-term partnerships.
- Managing a portfolio of top Gaming and Pro Publishers worldwide. You will be tasked with providing a great service and creating opportunities to drive further revenues and partnerships with their other apps.
- You will provide account management and customer service to your portfolio, ensuring we are servicing the publisher appropriately and building strong relationships.
- Develop a good understanding of technical aspects of our products to be able to onboard our Publishers successfully.
- Work with stakeholders in the Publishing team in order to prevent churn on our products.
- Work directly with our internal technical teams and publisher’s technical team to ensure successful SDK / tag implementation.
About you- You have experience with mobile /app publisher management with gaming clients and partners.
- Proven capacity to develop and retain customer relationships.
- You will be commercial and have examples of upselling and growing customer accounts.
- You are able to troubleshoot problems and have a solutions based approach with your clients.
- You are an excellent communicator, you’re able to communicate and collaborate with different teams, from clients to technical teams.
- You are familiar with implementing SDKs or Tagging.
