Akur8 is looking for a Project Manager to partner with our commercial teams in order to help facilitate our rapid-growth.

As a dynamic and ambitious team player, you’ll drive and organise commercial projects, most notably relating to our Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success teams, including the organisation of technical demonstrations, POC’s / product pilots, and product training.

A problem solver and innovative thinker, you’ll contribute in the following areas:


General tasks amp; responsibilities

  • Designing, building and implementing sales workflows amp; processes
  • Project Managing the interventions of our pre-/post-sales technical teams (in terms of both planning and allocating internal resources for product demonstrations and POCs)
  • Deliver on a wide-range of different KPI’s
  • Driving efficiency by building internal assets
  • Assisting with client onboarding
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams with a focus on Sales, Customer Success amp; Partnerships


Sales strategy and analytics

  • Driving business closely with sales leaders. As a partner you’ll perform proactive analysis and recommend tactical short-term / long-term strategies to drive revenue generation via the relevant business decisions necessary to enhance the sales productivity,
  • Leading and developing tools (dashboards, reports, presentations) that enable our commercial teams to continuously build business


Process optimization and project management

  • Challenging, improving and optimising current process to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ownership of operational missions to proactively improve, optimise and challenge current internal processes
  • Program management of strategic projects
  • Thinking outside of the box to find new solutions to improve local teams efficiency

Requirements

The successful candidate must meet each of the following criteria in order to be considered for this position :

  • IMPORTANT/ELIMINATORY: Must possess an employment status (French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’) that will enable the successful applicant to work from our Paris office
  • IMPORTANT/ELIMINATORY: A minimum of 2 years experience in a strategic consulting or business insights / analytics role
  • IMPORTANT/ELIMINATORY: Fluent English language skills
  • A Masters degree from a recognised top business school
  • You love to understand how an organisation works to improve its sales performance amp; processes
  • Autonomous, business-oriented and curious, you’re a very organised person, able to handle and prioritise multiple topics at the same time
  • You’re passionate about process innovation and efficiency
