About the role:
We are looking for a talented Senior Strategy amp; Business Operations Manager to join our growing team in Paris. You will work as a trusted partner to our leadership team, supporting them in executing cross-functional strategic initiatives (including product strategy, Mamp;A, international expansion, customer segmentation, etc.)
This position is a unique opportunity to transition from a consulting role to one of the fastest growing tech/SaaS Scale-ups in Europe, working in direct relationship with the Leadership Team.Your mission @Aircall:
  • Drive our strategic planning with the executive team to align on product amp; go-to-market strategy (using Objectives and Key Results framework)
  • Lead execution of strategic cross-functional company initiatives (new market entry, new channel development, customer experience improvement, make or buy decisions, etc.)
  • Drive our corporate development strategy and execution
  • Support CEO in his day-to-day (board and executive meetings, internal communications, etc.)
  • Act as facilitator or firefighter with the executive team when required
A little more about you:
  • You have 6 to 8 years in Strategy Consulting or equivalent
  • You are very analytical and data-driven, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • You have the ability to grasp and structure quickly complex issues related to unfamiliar topics (HR, Finance, Tech, Product, etc.)
  • You have the ability to mix high-level strategic perspectives with operational common sense
  • You are proactive, organized, focused, comfortable with ambiguity, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to build deep ongoing relationships with stakeholders (CxOs, VPs, Directors, Managers)
