In this role, you will report to the head of Sales Operations amp; Strategy, and you will be a key member of a team that sits at the intersection of Sales, Strategy, Finance, and Data. The role will allow you to develop a variety of skills that will contribute to your entire career while working with a team of talented people who help our dynamic range of customers.
You should have strong communication and project management skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape analytical deliverables. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

Your mission @ Aircall
  • Be a strategic Partner to the Leadership Team, to track and assess the business under a rigorous data-driven approach
  • Drive the GTM Strategy, working cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Customer Success), to accelerate the exponential growth (Segmentation, Business Planning, Headcount Allocation, Territory Carving and Quota Allocation)
  • Work with the Sales Operations and Data team to build the right Business reporting at every level (Managers to Board)
  • Support Sales, Success, and Partnership director amp; VP levels to scale their team and define relevant incentives for their teams aligned with Aircall strategic goals
  • Deliver projects to improve the business in the long-term such as new business growth, new distribution channels, operational playbooks, etc.
A little more about you:
  • 3/4+ years’ experience in a top consulting firm, or in a Senior Sales Strategy role within a fast growing company
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability partner effectively with Aircall leadership
  • Experience manipulating large data sets in a database proficiency in Excel / Gsheet (including Pivot Tables, functions, etc); Experience if possible in providing or working with team providing business insights: including dashboarding, data visualization, and reporting with tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc
  • Assertiveness, directness, and a company first mentality; Leadership and ability to quickly scale a team of analysts
  • High Energy, autonomy and resilience with a Get it done Attitude
