Clinical Specialist

• Establish, implement, and manage a core proctoring
• Partner with Allurion’s CMO and cross-functional teams to facilitate clinical training to internal personal as well as customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Sales Managers on all matters related to their Partner closely with sales and marketing on all customer touchpoints.
• Perform post-placement site audits to evaluate best practices and compliance with the
• Work with core Product Complaints team to ensure complaints are reported in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Liaise with the clinical team and support clinical trial activities as
• Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Perform other Allurion tasks and duties as required.

Requirements

• A. or B.S. Degree with 5+ years’ experience in clinical training and proctoring with small and large medical device companies
• Residing in Europe or UK, preferably at a major international hub
• Fluent in English and multilingual
• Effective conflict resolution, cross functional collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Effective writing, presentation, and teaching skills
• Ability to assimilate into a fast moving, dynamic organization and to perform whatever is necessary to help the organization achieve its goals and objectives
• International travel is essential~60-70%
• GI experience preferred
