The Job

The Paid Social Manager is responsible for the managing, executing and delivering client's paid social strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on delivering performance against agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities include planning, executing, optimising and reporting on best-in-class paid social media campaigns through available social media marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, etc) with emphasis on innovative initiatives, and working closely with the Client Services team to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering paid social campaigns across multiple-social channels.
    • From A to Z: creative briefing, creation of the wordings, tracking plan etc.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPI’s
  • Optimising and executing Jellyfish's methodologies against paid social plans utilising native platforms, third party and internal tools, as required to deliver efficient and profitable Paid Social campaigns.
  • Critically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, facilitating changes to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
  • Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.
  • Producing high quality client-facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards including measuring forecasts vs actual and clearly articulating rationale for optimisation methodologies throughout campaigns..
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the social landscape to ensure delivery of best-in-class campaigns.
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with account teams, clients, advertising partners and colleagues.
  • Become a marketing gaming expert, and make concrete proposals to help improve our SaaS and services offering

Requirements

  • A self-starter who is highly motivated, has a taste for a challenge and is ready to join the journey and participate in the growth of a fast growing and creative company
  • A self-motivated individual, you demonstrate autonomy, sense of organization and priorities to optimize your actions
  • Highly analytical and data driven, you have a good sense of listening, are rigorous, responsive and know how to show initiative
  • A positive thinker, who is comfortable both orally and in writing in interpersonal relationships
  • Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Understanding overall digital media landscape and paid media
  • Understanding of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Social campaigns
  • A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages would be a plus
  • Knowledge amp; experience of using Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads Manager would be advantageous
  • Facebook Blueprint certified; Google Advertising Fundamentals Exam - would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be fluent in French and able to speak English in day to day conversation (minimum B1 level required)
