For this role we are working with a rapidly growing MENAT focused Venture Builder, looking to build next generation teams pro problem-solvers.
Product sits at the very heart of the organisation. As CPO, you'll have full autonomy for building a world class, digitally focussed service, owning all elements of commercial proposition and customer journey. You'll immediately inherit a very capable, small team - and continue to build out resource as the organisation scales.
We're looking for candidates with a strong track record building and launching digital propositions. Expereince in payments and lending would be helpful, but they're equally interested in applicants from alternative technology-focussed backgrounds - particularly ecommerce. Team leadership is essential - but this person will also need to be comfortable and excited by the prospect of operating as a player-coach. It would be very helpful if you've spent time in a startup / scaleup previously.
