We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Paris as we begin to rapidly scale the company in Europe. This opportunity offers a broad scope of work ranging from full cycle recruitment to employer branding and Senior level stakeholder management.
Responsabilities:
Full cycle recruitment: Own the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer and stakeholder management across the organisation.Candidate experience: Ensure that candidates are given the proper support and attention while building lasting relationships regardless of the outcome.Employer Branding: Actively participate in building an exciting Employer Brand proposition.Passive sourcing: Creatively attract talent with outreach across various platforms and channels.Be an active team player and work on projects to improve hiring processes across the organisation.Leverage data to better understand all recruitment efforts and adjust accordingly.Requirements
- 1 to 3 + years of recruitment experience in a fast paced tech or retail environment.
- A bachelors degree, completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Proven ability to manage multiple pipelines and stakeholders across various departments
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Open communication style
- Analytical with a desire to leverage data in your decision making.
- Fluent in French and in English
