We’re looking to hire a Regional Business Manager to cover France and Benelux. You will need to live in this region.
The ability to speak at least one language from these regions (plus English) is a pre-requisite.
These are senior roles with accountability for the business performance of a defined market region across Europe. You will work closely alongside the global commercial team (London) and the European Head of Sales and Marketing as well as wider commercial teams. As the head of an allocated region you will be responsible for developing a tailored distribution strategy and implementing a network for sales in your region. You will also be the spokesperson and central contact for all sales amp; marketing activities in the region. Appointment and then direction of commercial agents and ambassadors for the region as well as planning and managing marketing events and campaigns will also form part of the responsibilities.
You’ll be responsible for:
External: Research and develop relationships with key stakeholders including potential distribution partners relevant to our business; keep up to date with the latest industry and customer experience trends that can impact the business. Negotiation of final contracts with business partners (commercial agents and their management teams, approx. 60).
Internal: Implement and contribute to the sales amp; distribution strategy for the business as determined by the Commercial Director also ensure that the regional strategy is in line with the overall European strategy.
Research and understand the target audience and different customer personas; build relationships with key stakeholders within the business (in Germany as well as UK).
