OVERVIEW:

  • The Recruitment Business Partner Role will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle and activity within their business region.
  • They develop a trusted relationship with the business and become a business partner to the team in order to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate Engagement! Candidate engagement should be at the heart of everything you do.
  • Source and recruit the best talent for the business, by working closely with Hiring Managers to understand staffing criteria and create candidate search and selection strategies.
  • Identify the best recruitment channels to fit the profile needed and post roles on career websites, searching CV databases and reviewing CVs against requirements to create a shortlist.
  • Actively approach candidates for opportunities, explain positions and select potential candidates for interviews.
  • Work to reduce the amount of outsourced recruitment activities (external agencies) to maximize in house operations and reduce costs
  • Provide advice and support to hiring managers in relation to the recruitment process and best practice.
  • Ensure that data is collected and recorded to enable data-informed recruitment and actionable insights. Promote our recruitment and hire quality story to the business through data.
  • Be a brand ambassador, grow and enhance our employer brand by partnering with HR and Recruitment Teams across Europe.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Completed vocational training/degree in Human Resources Management or in a similar field or equal experience in HR and commercial understanding of business requirements.
  • Solid experience of providing end-to-end recruitment, ideally from an automotive, engineering or manufacturing discipline, including creation of job descriptions, adverts, running shortlist and interview processes, making offers and managing candidates up to their starting date.
  • Experience and knowledge of sourcing candidates and pipeline planning; experience in social media within the recruitment area would be an asset, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Knowledge of using an ATS system, preferably Workable or similar.
  • Highly organised, good networking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Work independently and being self-motivated with an achiever attitude.
  • Very good communication skills both verbal and written, with fluency in French and English a pre-requisite. Knowledge of German would be advantageous.


Please note - this role can be based in either our production facility in Hambach (France) or in our engineering centre in Böblingen (Germany).
