We are growing fast and are looking for a Head of Product to play an essential role in crafting and delivering a delightful client’s experience for businesses delivering with Stuart.

Located in our Paris office, you will work with various stakeholders to optimize our platform and our tools alongside 150+ people running our business and managing the couriers.

You will report to our CPO Guillaume Simon, based in Paris, and will progress quickly within a team of 6 other experienced Product Managers across Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, and Krakow. More information on what it is to be a Product Manager at Stuart by Szymon’s.


Responsibilities

1- Drive an Insights Driven culture

  • Represent clients' and end-customers needs accurately and fairly to create the best possible value for Stuart. You will use user insights to ensure that you deeply understand their problems and pain points.
  • Develop business cases (where appropriate) for initiatives and be aware of other business cases and projects within the wider group that have an impact on the Stuart brand and customer to leverage benefits of sharing knowledge/development
  • Ensure that all the product managers in the Client convoy master the user need and pain points thanks to extensive qualitative research or quantitative data.
  • Define the analysis we need, independently seek and evaluate data insights to inform product strategy. Partners effectively with Analytics to uncover new insights that help drive product strategy.
  • Understand the competitor landscape and industry trends across a range of use cases. Think proactively about competitor’s insight to uplevel the team’s thinking and to inform product strategy. Identify sustainable competitive advantages across a range of use cases. Drive improvements on how we run benchmarking activities.

2- Define and evangelize the client’s convoy strategy

  • Build and nurture the product vision with your PMs, based on the insights you gathered.
  • Create relationships and build trust with a broad range of senior stakeholders across the business (Head of Sales, Ramp;D leaders, cross-functional leaders)
  • Define S.M.A.R.T Key results to set team's strategy. Ensure that the Baseline and targets of Key results are defined in a timely manner before the start of the semester. Partners effectively with Product analysts to implement measurement tools to track results of their team's initiatives.
  • Ensure that all the client's ships build and maintain a comprehensive and informed outcome-driven roadmap. Supports teams’ roadmap creation when there is significant ambiguity.
  • Drive the communication and alignment of the ship’s strategy and roadmaps with all internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on the client convoy strategy (OKRs) and roadmaps progress

3- Drive a high-quality execution

  • Work across multiple teams to form coherent think big and start small approaches.
  • Motivate your team to find creative ways to continue to ship frequently even for complex, high-dependency projects.
  • Inspire and encourage your team to push for a higher bar for quality across the broader Stuart system.
  • Ensure that relevant stakeholders are aware of the upcoming rollout in a timely manner, contribute to building training materials for the teams, and lead a progressive rollout strategy if needed.
  • Get your team to communicate releases to the company using the appropriate communication channels with a strong narrative containing rationale(s) behind the decisions taken and anticipating frequently asked questions
  • Create a strong relationship with marketing to update sales and marketing materials and build a coherent and appealing product marketing strategy

4- Grow your team

  • Influence: you represent the gear in company strategic meetings and strategic product meetings. You are able to drive complicated decisions where several stakeholders are involved taking into account each one point of view. You can challenge the business requirements.
