As a Host/Hostess working for HappyHolidayHomes you present a positive first impression of the establishment's friendliness, excellent service and high standards. The Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming the guest and creating memorable experiences for them during their holiday

You must be able to carry natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. As a member of an energetic team, the Host/Hostess may also need to answer the phones. Availability must include nights and weekends

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the same role in Hotel and / or Vacation Rentals
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of emotional intelligence: face challenges with a positive attitude and use your emotional skills to face the most complex situations
• Excellent team work skills
• Determination to achieve goals
• Native French, knowledge of English and another language at a professional level.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle stressful situations and to remain calm under pressure
• Good computer skills and knowledge of property management system (PMS)
• Flexibility of hours and availability to work on weekends, holidays and evenings is essential in this role.

• Knowledge of check in / out procedures
• Knowledge and compliance with the policies amp; procedures of a Front Desk
• Hospitality operations
• Management of telephone communications and booking services
• Become a 'brand ambassador' for our structure and always acts in compliance with our standard
