Business Director (CDD or Contractor)

We are looking for a Business director profile for a maternity leave replacement with the following needs :

• Full-time (39 hours/week)
• Temporary contract for 6-7 months (from March to September 2021)
• Start of the mission asap - End of March max.
• Mission based in Paris (Paris 9)

The Business Director will work closely with the French Managing Director on a wide scope of work :

Business management

• Co-manage with MD France strategic business priorities
• Working with VP Client Management and Sales amp; Partnerships to make sure priorities are activated
• Working on a daily basis with all JF teams to unlock opportunities / working on cross sales initiatives
• Consolidation of needs for transversal purposes (innovation / use cases ; support )
• Support global Jellyfish group's synergy and strategie

Business monitoring

• Weekly / Monthly / Annual Business review
• Ad-hoc Business analysis and reports : profitability / ressources / etc.
• Centralizing and updating activity in one big picture deliverable
• Coordinate on Budget amp; Re/Forecasts
• Top line Target achievement

Workflow and processes

• Integration and deployment in France of Group processes : ressources, finance, project management, sales, product, etc
• Co-manage with FR MD integration of new capabilities, expertises and teams (within MSA framework)
• Collaborating with ops teams on monitoring workflows : tailoring and adoption

The scope of work detailed isn't exhaustive and will evolve according to the priorities that will be defined by the MD and the Group. So we are looking for someone who has the ability to be adaptive, problem solving, contributor and also rigourous.

• Senior / Director level

• Strong communication both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and well organized (many interlocutors in France and abroad)
• Strong commercial awareness
• Fluent in English
