Senior Production Manager - Senior Social Media Manager

As a part of Jellyfish, and within the social media team of Webedia Brand Services, you join a young and dynamic team in which you will develop social media strategies, produce good content, analyse usage data and manage social media projects.

As a social media manager, you'll need to:

• develop creative and engaging social media strategies for our clients
• manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Draft and create content with CM for distribution across social platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr,for example
• Take part in new competitions
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
• Recommend improvements to increase performance
• Support the development of the Creative amp; Experience capability and delegate tasks when appropriate
• Collaborate with the broader Jellyfish Creative amp; Experience network (designers, creative directors, UX specialists) on projects when appropriate

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in digital publishing or agency
• Very strong experiences in social media.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform
  
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Open, honest and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback (both from internal and external stakeholders)
• Good communication skills (internal and external / front client)

• Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
• Good experiences in using social media tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite .
• Native in French
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor degree or higher
