The CRM Manager serves as a main point of contact for the client at all stages of the project - from the proposal generation through to overseeing the execution and delivery.
He / she is responsible for managing all aspects of the client CRM strategy, which will include the development of:
- Roadmaps e.g Improve data quality and customer profiling
- Campaigns conceptualization and analysis
- Clients interviews (to understand their situation, needs, lack of knowledge, expectations.)
- Database growth tactics .
Also supports other experts to delivery of:
- Database analysis
- Customer profiling. The CRM Manager presents the deliverables to the clients
- Creates the A-Z of the CRM strategy and process
- Knows technical solutions (CRM, CDP, data lake, marketing automation)
- Understands and develop customer journeys
- Provides in-depth analysis and regular reporting in order to assess performance against business goals
- Ensures that GDPR and all other legal compliance has fully adhered
- Supports other experts of Jellyfish (data, creative, products) to addressing the global requests of the clients
Requirements
- Be both technically and strategically minded
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex clients projects
- Great communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Deep understanding of GDPR / Privacy standards
- The ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day operational activity
