Job Description

As a part of Jellyfish, and within the social media team of Webedia Brand Services, you join a young and dynamic team in which you will develop social media strategies, produce good content, analyse usage data and lead social media projects. with a social media manager.

We are looking for a Community Manager to join a social media team working for a large retail account in France.

Under the supervision of the Social Director for France of Jellyfish, and the Social Media Manager, you help design and deliver the social media strategy of this brand, with the aim of making it a conversational brand.

As a CM, you'll need to:

  • Contribute to the deployment of animation and content strategies (editorial calendar, community operations, post intentions) with the various stakeholders identified at the client and internally
  • Develop creative and engaging social media contents for the client
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Monitor content production with the internal studio, publish and liaise with the media agency
  • Ensure the follow-up of the animations put in place: definition of performance indicators, reports, proposal of permanent optimizations of the animations
  • Take on some customer social conversations, in conjunction with the moderation and customer service teams;
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Listening to customer needs, providing clarifications and educational elements, while being aware of sensitive topics to avoid or defuse


Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in digital publishing or agency
  • Very strong experiences in social media.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Open, autonaume, honest and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback (both from internal and external stakeholders)
  • Good communication skills (internal and external / front client)
  • Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and manage a lot of briefs (and know to be reactive in an emergancy)
  • Good experiences in using social media tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite .
  • Native in French
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor degree or higher

You are autonomous, rigorous, structured and able to blend into a complex organization without losing your identity or your convictions;

You have a minimum of graphic software (such as Photoshop Elements), know the term digital and video creation, and are able to produce multimedia content hand in hand with graphic designers and editors / motion designers;

Knowledge of Sprinklr would be a plus;

Proactive and curious, you are willing to bring your expertise to Social Media;
